			Welcome Since taking over the business we have extended the range and variety of materials, keeping in mind that we are catering for the requirements of home bakers and small businesses who usually require only limited quantities of materials. We have found that many market bakers have branched out and now produce for farmers markets, small shops and restaurants.Although we are aware of the needs of smaller producers, we can also cope with the needs of those requiring more substantial amounts of supplies, particularly when groups of producers combine their requirements into one order. The larger the order the cheaper some items become. The next step in our expansion programme is this on line catalogue with illustrations of some of our products.
